The MaxMatic range of slicers share the same features as the Max 300 and 350 slicers. However, the MaxMatic slicers are capable of fully automatic operation. The 300 incorporates a powerful 0.5hp gear drive motor and the 350 has the added advantage of a second 0.5hp motor to drive the carriage.
