METCALFE BENCH MODEL POTATO PEELING MACHINES

The bench model potato peeling machine is available in 4.5Kg. (10lb) and 6.8Kg. (15lb) capacity. The peelers are constructed from non-corrosive aluminium alloy castings, with the spindle housing and chute cast integrally, eliminating joints and possible leakage. The bench models may be mounted on our tubular pedestals, sink sides or on our mobile trolley. The peelers comply with all relevant safety
standards, and are designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning.

Our full range of accessories are available for these models. Available in either a natural aluminium finish (as illustrated) or in a grey painted finish.

METCALFE HEAVY DUTY PEDESTAL MODEL POTATO PEELING MACHINES

Available in 6.3Kg. (14lb) and 12.6Kg. (28lb). Do you prefer BELT DRIVE or GEAR DRIVE? With Metcalfe you can take your choice in either capacity - we make both and are the only manufacturers who do. On our gear driven machines the motor and gearbox is grease-packed and sealed - virtually no maintenance - and we fit a flexible coupling to absorb any shock load should a stone or something similar get into the machine which would otherwise damage the motor or gearbox.

There is a choice of pedestals to give discharge chute at either 64cm (25”) or 94cm (37”).
