Terms and Conditions

All machines are delivered carriage paid (3 day service) to destinations within the U.K. Mainland and includes non-returnable packing.

This includes delivery to U.K. mainland docks and container bases for export orders (F.D.D.).

CIF or C & F prices for export orders available on application.

Carriage is charged at cost to destinations in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles & Eire.

Express or special delivery services extra.

All goods remain the property of Metcalfe Catering Equipment Limited, until paid for in full.

Machine and all parts supplied correctly will be subject to a 15% handling fee if returned.

Special order are non returnable.

The manufacturer reserves the right to change specification without prior notification.
