• 3 phase electric hotplate / griddle toaster ideal for high speed grilling and toasting of foods, such as hamburgers, steak and eggs
• Individual control for left & right cooking zones with separate Cook/Idle (standby) functionality
• The toaster has a dedicated element for perfect one sided toasting/salamander function
• The toaster also has a Cook/Idle (i.e. standby) setting for quick switching between high and low settings
• Easily readable twin digital temperature displays show plate temperature

• 12 mm thick heavy-duty machined steel hotplate
• Castors on the rear and adjustable legs at the front
• Separate controls for left and right side of the hotplate
• “Cook” and “Idle” dual controls provide backup in the unlikely event of a thermostat failure
• The Austheat hotplate/griller is designed to work either as a stand alone machine or alongside Austheat deep fryers in a modular configuration
